Product Description:-
This is 8 channels 16-bit analogue inputs board with additional 4 channels of digital input and 8 channels of digital open collector output. The ADC used is of sigma-delta type with high accuracy. The sampling rate is programmable through MODBUS registers. The 4 digital inputs are a multipurpose type of input meaning it can be used as simple digital input, as a resettable counter and as a RPM counter.
There are 8 digital output channels of open collector type. The default switch is also provided to make the default factory setting of the board. The card has RS-232/422/485 interface supporting MODBUS RTU protocol.
Analog Input
- Eight 16-bit analog input channels of 0 – 10V input range.
- Internal hardware and software calibration capabilities.
- Programmable sampling rate from 0.37Hz to 35.55 Hz.
- Programmable PGA of eight gains setting from 1x to 128x.
- Burn out current source for detecting open circuit and short circuit of the sensor.
Digital input Output
- Eight open collector digital outputs for relay driving.
- Four optically isolated inputs.
- Each digital input pin can be configured as 16-bit Counter or RPM channel independently (3 digit before decimal & 1 digit after decimal format for RPM).
Communication
- RS485 serial port at eight baud-rate speed setting from 1200 to 230400 bps (Default 9600 bps) for interfacing with Master (PLC, PC).
- MODBUS Protocol (RTU Mode) is used for communicate with Master.
Supply
- 24V input power supply.
Miscellaneous
- Built in temperature sensor for internal CPU temperature reading (2 digit before decimal & 2 digit after decimal format).
